Derivado de la importancia operativa que representa el envío de mensajes SMS para la validación, autenticación y notificación en los trámites digitales administrados por LA SECRETARÍA, así como de la necesidad de asegurar la continuidad de este servicio una vez que concluya la vigencia del contrato actual el 31 de marzo de 2026, se confirma la obligatoriedad de llevar a cabo un nuevo procedimiento de contratación para el ejercicio 2026. El comportamiento variable de la demanda, la dependencia directa de los trámites sustantivos del autotransporte federal y el riesgo operativo que implicaría una interrupción del servicio, hacen indispensable contar con un contrato abierto que permita operar bajo los parámetros técnicos, funcionales y de capacidad establecidos en el Anexo Técnico vigente.

PARA CUBRIR EN EL CASO DE DÍAS HÁBILES LUNES A VIERNES DE 9:00 A 20:00 HORAS UN MÁXIMO DE 84,700 HORAS Y PARA ATENCIÓN EN SÁBADOS DE 9:00 A 14:00 HORAS UN MÁXIMO DE 3.500 HORAS O EN LOS DÍAS Y HORARIOS QUE SE REQUIERAN PARA CUBRIR LA OPERACIÓN CON BASE EN LAS NECESIDADES DE EL FIDEICOMISO.
